Pricey, but good quality and customer service
No major complaints so far with this tripod. I did have a warranty issue where one of the pads had fallen off, and after contacting customer service they resolved the issue much to my satisfaction.

Outstanding customer support by the seller
The tripod is solidly made and a great value but I was most impressed by the customer service and support by the vendor. The tripod I first received had some minor defect. I contacted Amazon Customer Service. After length discussion, I finally gave up the request to have a replacement shipped. Nevertheless, Amazon suggested me to contact the vendor. The vendor replied promptly and shipped me a replacement in no time. Great product and excellent service by the vendor.

Update: Incomplete Shipping - Good Customer Servic
Didn't arrive with gooseneck, only tripod. (Contacted customer service via amazon)Update: Customer service worked with me to quickly send a replacement gooseneck.!! Make sure to check your email for a response !!Actual product is steady and capable of holding phones with a variety of case sizes.Gooseneck is easily bendable & allows both portrait and landscape recording.Tripod feels robust, and folds down to fit in a larger backback. (~1 foot)

Customer service is key!
Very happy with my new lense! Great product.Opon arrival the tripod stand was broken, however when I called Big Mikes Electronics I experienced great customer service! And my replacement part is In the mail. The fact that something was broken didn't affect my 5 stars because of the service. In today's world customer service is what makes or breaks a company... Will definitely do buisness again

Nice tripod and good customer service
The tripod is sturdy and nice. The remote control was missing from the box. Customer service is very good. They are sending me the remote.

Nice product and great customer service
I ordered the ring light. I had to contact customer service because the ring light could not be attached. Customer service responded quickly and helped me out. The tripod and light is easy to use. My nephew likes to borrow it for his Lego movies.

Sturdy, well made, great customer service.
The photo shows a spotting scope with a dslr camera attached. Together they are 26” long and weigh 6 pounds. The tilt and pan functions are smooth. It can be locked in place at any point and includes a bubble level so that panning stays level. Leveling adjustment is very simple. Locking knobs on legs are easy to use and hold legs securely.Be aware that this is not a light weight camera tripod. It weighs almost 9 pounds, but will hold heavy photographic equipment safely and securely. The low rating some people gave this tripod is not deserved. There is nothing about this tripod or their customer service that I find to be less than excellent.I contacted their customer service by email on a Sunday evening with a question and they responded within two hours!!! Simply amazing customer service.
