The Professional bag held up great in Iceland.
I purchased the Professional backpack for a trip to Iceland as a replacement for a $23 similar Vivitar one that broke within the first local hike I did. What I like:* Perfect size to be used as a free personal carry-on* Able to hold my Pentax K-3ii, Sigma 85/1.4, Pentax 55-300 PLM WR, Sigma 17-50/2.8, and Ricoh GRii wide angle attachment. I still had some extra room inside* Has a rain shell included inside of the front compartment* Storage pockets for small objects like spare batteries or SD cards* Comfortable straps for long hikes* Feels very durable after 8 days in rugged weather of Iceland* Across the chest strap for stability* Strap and pocket to hold tripodWhat I don't like?* Front pocket doesn't allow for much storage, very little stretch to it, so limited in capacityOverallThis isn't the best bag in the world, but for $50 I am enthralled with it's performance. I had this on my back with said gear while hiking in Iceland for 8 days. The rain shell came in handy when hiking up Mt. Esjan to the Steinn stop. The wind started gusting over 50mph and a mix of rain, hail, and snow was hitting me. The bag kept everything dry and secure inside while the straps felt decent on the 5 mile or so hike.I don't know if there are better bags in the price range, if there are then that's great. What I do know is that for $50 this bag was a great travel companion for a rugged Iceland trip. I highly recommend it.
