It's bright!
I got this on sale for a lightening deal and I have to say out of all the tripods I have used this one is the best. It is tall enough to take photos outdoors, but small enough to take with you. I really like.

Good design, very sturdy, very adjustable.
This phone cradle is very well designed. The high-density plastic support structure is very sturdy. All screw fittings are steel threaded with brass inserts. Great adjustability for virtually all mobile phones: vertical, horizontal, and anything in between. Fits all tripods or other camera mounts with 1/4" x 20 threads. Very good value for money!

Almost the same
I purchased the first one back in 2019 and its been one of my dogs favorite toys and it just died this past week. So I got him a new one and it is alittle different but he still loves it. Its not as loud as the old one and doesn't make noise unless you push down on it instead of it going off from any little movement. The new one is much softer than the old one. Hopefully this one will last as long as the last one did. Got the package fast, definitely recommend it !

Same switches
Same switches but a 3 pack it would be nice if the back of the unit was smaller or just had skew downs instead of tails you run out of box space fast.

The tridod is so so
I am a photographer and I get the tripods for free all the time I was just looking for a quick clip for my phone then I saw remote this is a handy feature. I have remotes but not for the phone This is great if you dont want to set up all your gear snap in hit the button

Just OK Stability
What I dislike is the "tilt" portion of the mechanism is hard to aim them set. I don't have much experience with tripods and perhaps they are all this way. Once I set the angle I want, I then screw the tilt handle tight, but then, with the weight of the spotting scope, where I want the scope to point re-tilts just a bit again. It takes me several tries to set-up where I want to point the scope.I do like the overall construction and the extendable legs. For the weight of my spotting scope, I may go with something with fewer adjustments, however, such as a simple ball mount.Edit, additional info: I actually bought a 2nd one of these tripods for another spotting scope I own. While my 1st review was less-than-perfect, having 2 of these tripods at this quality & price, along with having the same quick-release mounting plates is of benefit to me. My 2nd spotting scope (old Bushnell single poser 20x) is not as heavy as my new Vortex 20-60x65. This 2nd tripod will do well with the old Bushnell.
