Great customer service from manufacturer.
I used this tripod for several months and was very happy with it. While on a trip though, one section of the leg came off and I couldn't get it to attach correctly to the tripod. It was past the return window for Amazon, but I emailed the company in China that manufactured the tripod, and they couldn't have been more helpful. They sent me the replacement products I needed for no charge and in a timely manner. They also emailed me a video on how to attach the leg back onto the tripod. Now I'm back using my tripod again with no problems. I recommend this kentfaith brand and its great customer service.

Note: MAKE SURE you have a compatible phone!! If you don't check the list, you may not be able to get the app required to control/register the drone. This is so they can debug every compatible phone before releasing updates. I'm sure you can imagine why.That being said, it's great little drone; it's fantastic for beginners, hobbyists, and videographers alike. If you don't have the budget for a $1k+ drone but want a fun and easy drone with quality parts, great video with top notch stabilization, and fairly substantial range, you should consider this drone.

Great drone for beginners! daughter can fly it.
Great drone for kids and adults. Very easy for beginners to learn how to fly drones. My daughter is 9 and loves it. Would recommend for a good value and easy to fly drone with camera.

Best bang for your buck for a mini drone!Priced extremely great for such an amazing and nifty drone. Camera and build quality is solid and would have already recommended friends to get it!

My son loves it
My son loves this drone. This is our second one as the first stayed on the tree and we weren’t able to take it .The drone is easy to use and has a normal quality of pictures

IT’S A GREAT DRONE! I LOVE IT
It’s easy to learn. This is a great drone for beginners I never had a drone and this one was my first time operating one. It was an easy set up and Really fun to fly.
