Reliable power duo for long shoots
The two batteries provide noticeably more endurance than many older replacement batteries, meaning that longer photo or video tours are possible without constant recharging. The compact charger fits easily into the camera bag and charges both cells quickly, which is particularly handy when out and about. Compatibility with common full-frame and APS-C models ensures that changing the camera body does not require a new battery system. It is positive that the remaining display in the camera is read out cleanly and there are no error messages. During operation, the temperature remains unobtrusive, even during continuous shooting or longer 4K clips, which creates confidence in cell quality. The only wish would be an enclosed transport bag or protective caps to protect the contacts in the backpack even better. Overall, a solid set with a strong price-performance ratio for photo and video projects.
