By far one of my favorite filters in my collection
I am obsessed with the gold haze this Gold Diffusion 1/4 Filter adds to my shots. I mainly got this filter because of that specific lens effect, and it delivers a beautiful retro style with soft and warm highlights that make everything look cinematic. The look is exactly what I wanted for my vlogs and portraits because it creates a natural flare and a dreamy atmosphere without washing out the entire frame.
The quality of the optical glass is top tier and the image quality stays sharp despite the softening effect. I am also really impressed with the functionality and scratch resistance provided by the 28 multi-layer coatings. It is a rugged piece of gear that handles water and oil easily. For the price, the value for money is excellent since it provides a unique artistic effect while protecting my lens from damage.
