The storage case was damaged, but it is compatible with the manufacturer
There wasGood evening, the product is of quality and I can say and guarantee that it is a product that goes beyond expectations, it works great even with smartphones not indicated, but I guarantee compatibility with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 pro 5g (in my possession), so I assume it is compatible with many other smartphones. Recommended product.
a dent in the outer box, and the case was also damaged, so I returned it. I was looking forward to it, but it's a shame. Can I return it, but can't I exchange it? I would like to exchange it because of the trouble of buying it again. Additional 1/20 When I contacted the manufacturer, I was relieved that they could handle it. I will post another review of the product itself at a later date.
