+ uses MagSafe and it has strong magnetic attraction. Therefore it won't fall down with filter installed+ ease of use+ carrying case+ minimalistic design+ you can attach another MagSafe accessory on top of it+ slim, light and small+ filter can be used with usual camera lens (used it with Sigma 10-18 mm f/2.8 Sony E Mount lens)+ well-made+ better than usual mounts for filters+ ND filter is handy in a lot of situations- I've got a feeling that screwing filter on camera lens may break filter threads on it in the long time
