Does a good job
I previously ran into the screen flicker issue which coincided with the GoPro being hot, but Go Pro screen flicker as I've come to appreciate is a completely different issue. This product has nothing to do with either. GoPro engineers need to go back to the drawing board. This design is fine. No complaints, no issues.
