Not only does this adjustable arm look classy, it is. In principle, it's like a holder for a dial gauge. The central tightening screw tightens the entire arm, making it possible to adjust it quickly. I really like that. A standard 1/4" thread with clamping ring on both sides, this is a very practical way to attach any device with a “camera thread” to it (camera, additional holder, mobile phone, microphone, and so on...) The clamp is equipped with a 1/4" internal thread and a 3/8" internal thread, so that you have all options here. The clamp itself is a bit weak when clamped. However, this only applies to smooth surfaces. I only mention this because I've also experienced other braces that were more powerful.
