Working with and configuring the deployments was a lot of work. While not perfect, I have separated the necessary spaces in the main compartment to protect my two Nikon DSLRs (with lenses attached), a zoom lens, and an external Nikon flash. I positioned one of the DSLRs so that I could take advantage of the quick access on the side of the bag. and depending on the shooting situation I can switch this position with the other camera. All other accessories fit in the top compartment, which is actually created by separating it from the main compartment when placing the Velcro dividers. As with the rest of the bag, there are memory card slots on the quick access flap and there is also an open exterior pocket. The top flap is secured with two hooks. I would have preferred if they were in heat, but that's not a problem. This flap must be opened to access the two zippered compartments. The adjustable straps are comfortable, making the backpack easy to carry... even over one shoulder (which I usually do). The zippers are also sturdy and flexible. Overall, this is a nice camera backpack with enough room to safely carry two cameras and accessories.
