Robust and solid tripod for the money
I am an amateur photographer, but I go out most weekends for hikes and travel overseas. I've had the tripod for about three months. It held up well during the hiking trips. And it held up well on the overseas trip where I had to carry it most of the day, hiking and trekking through old buildings. It survived the beatings well, thanks to the case. The fasteners and clamps held up well through multiple setups.
It has some weight, and I noticed that if I carried it on one side of my camera pack, my shoulders complained after a few days. Mounting it on the back or bottom of the pack solved the problem.
Otherwise, no complaints, great tripod!
