Great customer service
I bought a tripod a couple of years ago and only used 3 trips to the national parks. In my latest trip, somehow, the thinnest segment in one lef was loose and eventually was lost during my trip. I e-mailed the issue to the customer service with photos to describe the issue and asked for a replacement. They responded the next day and only charge me the shipping fee. I got the replacement segment not too long and it was easy to assemble it to the existing tripod. Now, the tripod works well. Thanks for the great customer service.
