Doesn't work... new one works, great costumer serv
Does not work, got package in and put battery in to charge. It never charged up, and when you turn it on it goes to a blank screen. Not sure if it's the battery or device. Update. Messaged them and they are sending a new one, will review more once it gets here. New one is here, used it this morning before sunrise and it worked great. Costumer service was excellent

It goes to eleven!
It’s a Marshall and it thumps! Kinda pricey but it sounds great. I recommend this for sure.

Works great
Been using this monitor for a couple months now and it’s working fine so far. Once in awhile the “waiting for connection” screen will pop up even though the monitor is at the same spot it always is but I’ll just move it a few inches and it goes away. But it doesn’t happen enough to call it a problem (unlike the monitor I used prior to this one). The screen is very clear for day and night. Happy with this baby monitor. Glad I returned the other one and got this one.

Best customer service!!!
Great product but even better customer service! The charging port broke (it was after my warranty ended) and they still sent me a brand new screen.Highly recommend this monitor and it’s an added bonus knowing you have a company backing up their products in case something goes wrong.

Great product!!
This is a great product. The ability to pan up/down and side/side is great. I love that is shows the room temp on the screen. My only negative is that if you're far from the baby's room, the signal breaks up. Our master bedroom is across the house from the nursery and the signal goes in and out in there.
