Good quality, but too many issues to keep them
I had narrowed it down to these or the Sony 1000XM3 or 1000XM4. I went with the Bose. After 2 weeks I'm returning them. The noise cancelling and audio quality is tremendous. But, for me, the issues that are too frustrating are:* Inconsistencies with Bluetooth connection. It will pair with my iPhone, but when I open the Bose Music App on that same phone I can't connect to do firmware updates. Tried all kinds of troubleshooting.* I had read reviews that complained about having to use the Bose app to get access to the full range of features. Those comments are accurate. Seems to me it should work out of the box without having to add additional apps, accounts, etc.* I got these for web meetings and as great as the audio quality is, they just become too uncomfortable after a few hours.

Love these things
I got mostly for phone calls at work. Everyone says my voice is perfectly clear and background noise is minimal. Comfortable and intuitive to use. Battery life seems great so far. I used for several days without charging and it said I still had 7 hours left. Only con I can think of is that you cannot use them while they are charging. With minimal planning, that shouldn't be a big deal.
