Great for softening macro flower photos
Though the suggested use for this filter seems to be softening portraits, I have been exclusively using it on my macro lens for flower photography. And, for that purpose, it's great!Essentially the class looks like it's been dotted subtly with specks of dark paint (imagine what it would look like if you lightly spraypainted a glass surface). The result is a subtle softening of any photos you take.Note that the softening effect of this filter can be obtained through photo editing software. So, there is an argument for not using a filter like this at all. Without this filter, you could decide whether or not you wish to soften the image later. But if you use the filter, you will have lost potential detail that you might later wish you had.But if you know that your goal is softening this filter does it optically, rather than your needing to do it digitally. As for me, I'm happy to have it, especially because spring flowers have started blooming!

The purchase you never knew you needed
Bought this for my new car and truly do not know how I ever survived without a trash can in my car! It holds a lot and has a secure cover to prevent any future messes. Ended up buying them as Christmas gifts for family and friends as well!

You didnt know you needed it until you have one
We have had ours for over a year in both bathrooms. We haven’t had to change the batteries in either of them. We did have to move the sensor toward the back of the bowl because it will pick up our dogs walking by the bathroom door. Stays on for 2 mins (if room is kept dark) and we have it set to rotate through all the colors.

you will not be disappointed
I have used high end monitors over the years for recording projects and unless you are a recording engineer and looking for accurate representation you will be plenty happy with this 2.1 system. Crisp enough highs, warmer mids and enough bass to make you happy. I was looking for a 2.1 system on the cheap that went down to 20hz and could not (at least that worked properly) but this system gets pretty low and smooth too.very happy. Honestly for a small project studio (if you have high end headphones of course) these monitors / speaker system is fine.

Feeling So Much Safer Now
Moving into a new neighborhood is always a little scary, but add several children to the mix and now security is pretty necessary. I purchased these light socket security cameras after we got to our new place and figured I could place them in the little sconce lights both in front of our house (by the garage) and behind our house (on the porch). From taking them out of the box, to configuring them with my phone, to screwing them into the sockets, all took me about 20 mins tops for both. The motion detection is super sensitive and even follows the object. The picture and video are both very clear, and the night vision is even impressive. I’m excited to feel a lot safer and enjoy our new home even more now.

Couldn’t go without it now! I love this camera! Gives me so much piece of mind!! Great picture quality and very easy install!! I keep it for as long as it will last, even after baby is old enough I love being able to see what going on without haveing to turn around and take my eyes off the road!
