Ignore any reviews that says it rattles or has a loose dead cat. It's good.
To stop the mic from rattling, attach the microphone wire to the slits on the bottom of the mount (which is why they made it like that), which will stop the mic from rocking back and forth. As for the dead cat, the lip needs to be pushed deeply into the microphone into the divet where it can sit, and it stops it from sliding back and forth. I also bought from best buy for $20 cheaper.
