Headphones are good but customer service is better
I can't really say much about the quality of the sound except that my son likes the headphones. About 6 month after I bought the headphones the mic died and so did the audio wire. That's about normal for my son (this is the third or maybe even fourth set of headphones and they all had the same fate). The reason I bought this set is because both the mic and the audio cable are replaceable. I ordered audio cable online and the audio was back to normal. Mic did not work. But I did contact EKSA customer service and Amy send me a replacement mic and audio cable for free. It took a while for it to arrive because it was shipped from China (about 3 weeks) but now the headphones work like new, and my son is happy :-) I was very please the way EKSA handled this issue and thus five stars.
