Everything sounds great, good bass, firm fit, and very adjustable... EXCEPT
I cannot get the Equalizer to work with my headset. I have tried both USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports. I have used computer ports as well as a USB router. From looking at the box my version would use the (New) software. I have completely installed the new and the (Old) software doing a complete uninstall and rebooting each time. The software will only appear when I install the Old version. I get an error message "The device has not been detected" upon completion. When installing the New version I do not even get the Equalizer to display. My S/N P004900G02 Part # x0020PHSIL EKSA E900 Gaming Headset. I am only using this on a Dell OptiPlex 9020 With 24GB of Ram and Windows 10 only for audio. No games. Do you have any suggestions???
