They stay in!!!!
Besides the obvious of unparalleled sound quality, the bids stay in during my runs. I run for 3-5 miles at a time as don’t need to adjust them at all. Super happy with my purchase.

They stay on!
I love these earbuds!Unlike most others that I’ve tried, they stay on - and in - my ears!I have very small ear canals, and have a lot of trouble finding earbuds that don’t fall out of my ears. These do the job. The over ear wires are wonderful - even if the earbuds loosen, they remain on my ears and can easily be pushed back in.

They stay on!
The over the ear method works great for walking and doing work around the house. The sound quality is quite good! UPDATE: These replaced a pair I lost. Naturally, I found them after the O'Keefes arrived, but I'm sticking with the O'Keefes. They're that much better and convenient!

Ear cups stay on but the headband to match wont stay on and pops off.

Stay on the ear
I bought this for gym use, it perfectly hang on my ears and haven’t drop off, so far so good, will see if it works well after.

The sound is good and they stay in place while exercising, running and doing housework.
