Hi, I bought the "ND8+ND16+ND32+CPL" because I've never used an ND64 filter before. Even in strong sunshine, an ND 32 is sufficient in my opinion. The polarizing filter (CPL) is used to reduce reflections (e.g. from water surfaces) or to increase the blue color of the sky. The polarizing filter is

With the ND/PL Kit variant, the ND filter goes up to 64. The question is do you need it. The standard variant comes with a neutral polarizing filter. Which is still good to use when it is cloudy.
