Those are further out in the woods. This one is closer to the house. This way I dont have to put a lock on it and the lighting is better than if it was deeper in the woods. However this thing is showing me all kinds of creatures coming and going right in the back yard. And it shows me that my neighbors annoying cat is the one ripping up all my garbage bags. Wild life in all its glory. Time for stronger trash containers. Good product.

Currently I have this mounted on the deck near the lake but I previously had it mounted across the road in a woods but the woods wasn't my property.I had another brand trail camera a few years back and it was twice the size of this one. Love the small size of this more, so I can easily hide the camera (with included strap).What they don't tell you is this can use either 4 AA or 8 AA batteries, which aren't included. If you use only 4 AA's, you're limited to daytime shots. It also needs a microSD card (up to 32 GB), also not included.Also, using alkaline batteries probably isn't the best idea, they run down pretty fast. I'll probably invest in a set of rechargeable batteries.

Overall, a great camera for the backyard to check on things. This has internal sealing lending credibility to the IP65 claims made by the product. This also features IR lights, but they're hidden behind the black background.My gripe with is over the power requirements - 8 AA batteries required and using Eneloop rechargeable shows the power level as almost dead. This is a massive annoyance for me personally as I refuse to burn through a boatload of AA Alkaline batteries. I'm hoping it's just a calibration thing.Lastly, this comes with a strap also has a brass insert allowing this to be pole mounted, which is a nice feature

The camera is perfect. Settings can be simple and easy. Photo quality is very good, both during the day and at night. I've made the high-speed setting, and all the photos are really excellent in resolution. I use this camera in the forest, therefore, the camouflage color of the shell is appropriate and very good.
