As described above, this frame does exactly what it should for 11.99 euros - the small camera can be attached directly to GoPro-compatible holders or to regular camera stands using the included adapter. Unfortunately, the clamp only lasts when I give it my all, and that often annoys me with these GoPro mounts. It is sufficient for stationary tripod operation, but if the system is exposed to some movement or wind, the camera angle may change. Maybe it helps to make the tabs a bit rougher at the bottom with a little sandpaper, I'll try that, or I'll use an Allen screw instead of this toggle screw that is always too narrow. Therefore only four stars. But what actually works as planned is to bring USB power (using separately available accessories from Insta360 itself) directly to the mini camera. To do this, I have made the cage tested here flatter on the back so that the camera contacts touch this magnetic charging bracket despite the cage. I haven't implemented that “nicely” here, but the concept has at least been proven. In this way, the small part can be mounted somewhere inaccessible and, for example, electrified with a power bank, and the base station is then used to determine the section and as a remote camera control.

Precisely engineered for the Go Ultra, this mount fits neatly without blocking either buttons or the memory card slot. Lightweight but sturdy, it works well with both dual-claw and ¼-inch accessories, offering good protection and easy portability. The fact that the sleeve prevents the remote module from docking completely with the main camera can be inconvenient, but otherwise it’s a well-made and reliable mount.

This adapter fits my Insta360 Go Ultra camera perfectly, with a good strong hold. Overall a very useful product that's very well made and does it's job well. Recommended.

This K&F CONCEPT mount allows you to mount the camera part of the Insta360 Go Ultra onto a standard quarter inch British Standard Whitworth bolt or onto the standard, action camera mount. It consists of: the upper part that wraps itself around the camera and when it holds the camera, forms the standard action camera mount; a base that forms the three pronged action camera joint part that in this case, screws onto a quarter BSW thread; and, a screw to hold it together.In order to mount the camera part, you need to have the holder part taken out of the action camera mount and spread the opening a bit because it is a snug fit - the two protrusions on the back that hold the camera in place have their own recesses. Then, holding the two legs in place, push them into the base and insert the screw.The holder does have a section cut out of it so that you can access the TF card cover but the only way to charge it up is to take it out and reinstall it in the base unit with the screen on it so if battery time is an issue, you need to have a way to work around it.This mount works quite nicely because it provides a positive grip on the small camera which the magnetic pads do not. Additionally, the camera part handles like a bar of wet soap with very corner rounded - this makes it a lot easier to use.. Apart from battery life if that happens to be an issue for your, the problem is that if you have the wrist-sized lanyard installed on the camera unit, it will not fit in the holder.

This is a solid little frame for the Insta360 GO Ultra. It fits the camera perfectly and holds it securely in place. I really like that it uses the familiar GoPro-style mounting system, plus the threaded base is a huge bonus. It works with standard tripods and pretty much anything else that can thread in there.

First of all, I have to say that I really like using K&F products, as they always have a really good price-performance ratio and are of really high quality and this one can't quite keep up with that. First of all, you have to say that in principle you get a lot for your money, frame for the action cam, 1/4" adapter and retaining screw. Apart from the screw thread and the 1/4" thread, everything is made of plastic, but is generally well made. Unfortunately, the plastic is quite slippery, which could be a bit easier to grip, then you don't have to tighten the screw so much so that everything holds. However, when the screw is firmly tightened, nothing wobbles or slips. However, everything is not as well made and with as good materials as usual, but the price is still really good and everything works as it should, that's why I give it 4 stars.

I don't have the right camera for this holder but it appears well made and fitted. The adjustment is smooth and secure when tightened. I have other brands that fit poorly so I appreciate that this one has a good fit in the finger joint.

The frame is made of quality plastic, is very light, weighs only a few grams and does not weigh the camera at all. The most important thing - the camera fits perfectly, without the slightest shock or noise. At the same time, engineers have provided an important point: there is full and convenient access to both control buttons and a memory card slot. This is a great convenience, since you don't have to remove the camera from the frame every time to get microSD.For those who plan to use the camera in dynamic or extreme conditions, this accessory is simply indispensable. It provides a level of security that magnetic accessories cannot provide. The camera is very reliably fixed to the frame, and I am completely sure that it will not fall even with strong shocks, vibrations or sudden movements. Yes, the installation and removal takes a little longer than the magnetic click, but it's an absolutely justifiable price to be sure that the expensive module will stay in place during shooting.

go ultra!i love this little camera's name. i'm very very much looking forward to having it in hand. shipping from China will not result in it being in my paws until December. but in the meantime, i can load up on all its accessories. K&F makes great ones. this is a vital accessory for the little camera (no dock) of the Insta360 go ultra setup, allowing for action camera mount functionality as already outfits all the other gadgets you likely already have for all your other action cameras. and if you don't, welcome to the ecosystem. something like this is essential to get, and for a fraction of the price of OEM. yes, there are caveats. you can't fit it in its dock after you put it in the cage. but sometimes we just want to film without the dock alone, because it's so small, so cute, and so ready to go (ultra!) with us, and for that, this adapter will be incredibly handy. so a handy 5 stars to go ultra and K&F!

It's good that others are offering alternatives to insta360's overpriced accessories (many of which should be included with the camera or not needed if they used a standard mounting system).A mount like this seems like an essential to me. Whether you plan to use mounted to a helmet, say, or just on a gimbal or selfie stick, this is of far more utility than insta360s clever but limited magnetic mount.This appears very similar to the insta360 part, but adds the advantage of access to the memory slot without removing the camera from the mount.It's just plastic, but sufficient. The tripod thread is a brass insert, but that part's is replaceable for any GoPro compatible item anyway.Good stuff. I can see a very similar looking mount available from another brand, so I don't know that this is actually a k&f concepts design (unlike an accessories bag I have from them which is great).The other slightly cheaper one dies not come with the generic GoPro type bits, however (i.e. the tripod mount and the fastening screw).
