This cage fits my DJI Action 6 camera perfectly. It's a nice snug fit and there's no looseness at all. The buttons work perfectly and will be easier to operate with my motorbike gloves on.It's also great to be able to replace the battery without having to remove the cage first.I'd recommend this brand of cage and would buy again.

Exceptional productIt protects the camera perfectly, yet still allows easy access to the charging port and quick change of the battery or memory card.It does add a tiny bit of additional weight to the camera but it’s negligible.

.. super well thought-out construction.

The frame for the Osmo Action 6 makes a very sturdy and high-quality finish. All controls such as on/off button and shutter are easily accessible, as is access to the charging station — that's a really good solution. The two mounting options are particularly practical: one on the bottom and one on the side, so that vertical installation is also possible. Overall, a well-thought-out accessory that absolutely justifies the price and clearly gets the full rating from me.

After you arrive and unpack the cage, you immediately notice how high-quality workmanship and well thought-out the cage is.
The camera fits in perfectly and is super protected without him applying too much.
The two buttons are also easy to press and operate and it doesn't feel spongy but almost as if it came directly from DJI.
Both touch screens are also not covered or anything but are still perfectly operable.
What is also great is that you can access both the charging socket and the battery door and open both so that you are ultimately flexible and don't have to remove the camera from the cage first if you want to replace the battery.
Of course, the 1/4" thread for attaching the camera to tripods and, of course, the second mount for DJI camera mounts are also very practical and welcome.
All in all, it is a really great and high-quality product from K&F that has found a firm place on my cam. 5 out of 5 earned stars.

This camera cage is a fantastic addition for anyone using the DJI Osmo Action 6. The alloy construction feels solid and reliable, giving extra protection without adding too much weight. I like the multiple mounting options—the cold shoe mount and 1/4" screw adapter make attaching lights, microphones, or tripods really simple. It fits the camera perfectly, keeping everything secure while allowing full access to buttons and ports. The design is thoughtful and well-crafted, making filming easier and more flexible. Overall, it’s a practical, durable accessory that enhances both safety and creative options for my filming setup.

The camera cage weighs just under 70g (measured) and is therefore very light. The workmanship is very good, no sharp edges are felt. The camera fits very well, not too tight and yet without playing.
The buttons are also made of metal — but that also makes them wobble a bit. But that is also the only point of criticism — everything else is really cleverly thought out. At the bottom, there is an opening for the dual action mount of the camera itself. There is another dual action mount on the side, which also has a thread for a tripod. And it can be folded out to access the battery and memory card without taking the camera out of the frame — great! The USB port is also accessible, as there is a recess in the frame.
Last but not least, there is also a ColdShoe mount at the top, where you can mount an LED lamp or a microphone, for example.
Overall, a really great setting!

Four-star take after a couple weeks with this alloy cage on the Osmo Action 6: it does exactly what I wanted—makes the camera feel “rig-ready” without turning it into a brick—and it’s been painless to live with day to day. The latch is a simple snap, no tools, and the camera clicks in with a satisfying thunk. I can still pop the battery and charge it on the bike rack without stripping the cage off, which is half the reason I use one of these in the first place. The fit around the buttons and doors is clean, and the included silicone lens cap is the kind of tiny accessory I always think I won’t use—then I actually use it.Weight-wise it’s light enough that I don’t notice it once it’s mounted—listed around 80 g—and the little bit of extra mass actually took the buzz out of handlebar footage on a gravel loop the other morning. The EVA pads inside keep the body from chattering against the metal; no squeaks, no wobbles. I ran a mini shotgun on the top shoe and a short selfie stick on the 1/4-20, swapped between them a bunch, and the threads haven’t chewed up. For a new accessory, early buyer scores are high (small sample size, but still), which matches my experience so far.The reason a cage even matters on this camera is the way I use it: the OA6’s built-in mic jack and variable aperture make it way more tempting to rig lights and audio than previous models, so having a cold shoe and a solid thread ready to go is clutch. Being able to keep battery/port access and swap filters without yanking the frame is the other clutch bit—this one gets that right. And crucially, it doesn’t mess with the camera’s waterproofing vibe; I’ve dunked the camera (not the cage) and had zero drama.Couple quirks. The snap-lock felt a tad stiff out of the box—opens fine with one thumb now, but the first day I had to give it a little extra push. The top shoe sits fairly close to the front screen, so chunky shock-mounts crowd the frame; it works, just looks a bit “stacked.” Also, there’s only basic mounting here. If you want locating-pin 1/4-20s or the DJI magnetic connector baked into the cage (for super fast swaps), Tilta’s OA6 cage has that stuff—heavier though, around 0.15 kg. This one lands in a sweet middle: sturdy enough, still nimble.Value is kind of the headline. At roughly £35 in the UK, it undercuts a lot of “big ecosystem” cages while covering the basics I actually use. I’m not seeing a sprawling add-on ecosystem around it yet, but for a lean mic-and-light setup, it’s more than enough.Bottom line: solid 4 stars. It’s a tidy, lightweight cage that lets the you use to action 6 a little better—quick to pop on/off, keeps battery and ports open, gives you a cold shoe and a thread without overcomplicating the rig. I’d love a hair more polish on the latch and an extra locating-point mount up top, but for the cost and the weight, it’s been a keeper. If you want maximum expandability, look at the heavier, feature-rich cages; if you just want protection and the essentials, this one hits that “throw it in the bag and go shoot” sweet spot.

This cage fits pretty well, is lightweight and is strong. It's a stylish jet black colour with orange accents and is nice. The cut out for the charging port is perfectly situated as for the one on the bottom, however this has it's problems. The cut out means that the magnetic mount can me difficult to disconnect because it's quite difficult to get your fingers in. Not so much with the new bases as the clips stick out as you can see in the first couple of pictures, but ive included a picture with an old style base and tried to show how awkward it is to get your fingers in.Also, the buttons on the top and side don't quite feel as though they're perfectly lined up. They seem to work ok but don't quite seem perfect. Lastly, the button on the battery door can stick a little and can just be a bit fiddly some times.Overall this cage is fairly decent and I'd say if you can find it in the sale at under £30, then it'd be worth it. However I used to have one from another reputable brand for my old action 4 which was a bit more expensive but was flawless.

This cage feels like the sort of thing DJI should have included from the start. It tidies the Osmo Action 6 up nicely, makes it feel more serious, and does not turn it into a brick in the process. It is aluminium alloy, fairly light, and the CNC work is decent, with no sharp edges or ugly seams. All the doors open fine, the buttons are easy to press, and I can still swap filters without swearing at it. The cold shoe on top and the 1/4 inch mount underneath are handy, I have had a microphone on top and a mini tripod underneath with no wobble. The quick release is actually quick, not the usual marketing nonsense. On the flip side, the latch feels a bit more “careful with that” than I would like, and if you are using very chunky accessories it starts to look a bit crowded. For thirty five quid, the protection, mounting options and general build quality feel fair value, especially if you throw your action camera around like my two do.

The camera cage is convincing across the board. The workmanship is very high-quality, all edges are neatly worked and the material looks robust and durable. The perfect fit is particularly impressive - the camera sits perfectly and securely in the cage without wobbling or playing. It can also score points visually. The design looks modern and high-quality and fits harmoniously into the camera setup. An absolutely recommended accessory for anyone who wants to functionally upgrade their camera.
