I ordered the 12" but I got a smaller size! Everything else about this ring light is amazing :) the brightness, the tripod, the cellphone holder. The order took two days like it was mentioned!going to return it and order it again! definitely recommended my friends to buy this.

At first I was confused on the set up of where to plug the light to charge but it is a usb plug so it went right into my phone charger/computer. The tripod is taller than I was expecting so that's an added bonus! Im very satisfied with it!

Update: Their customer service goes above and beyond. They saw the issue (below in my review) and did everything in their power to correct it and I could not be more pleased with them.I'm not sure if it is just mine that I received, but I can not have the light on the tripod because then it blocks the port for the power cord. So I have to prop the light ring on things.

I bought this light for video conferencing for work. My office has a window right behind me and this light is strong enough to counteract the backlighting and make my face clearly visible. It is light weight and sturdy. Height is adjustable, although it doesn't go very low. I have it behind my monitor and just above the top edge of the screen, which is nearly the lowest setting. At maximum extension you can probably place it on the floor. The large 10" ring provides extremely evenly diffused light and doesn't blow out your face while leaving sharp shadows like a point light would. The diffuser on the light is excellent, I can run long video sessions with this light pointed at my face and not feel blinded. The light control is on the cord, easy to reach and easy to use. Note: the lamp "forgets" its previous setting if its power is reset so it is recommended that you plug the USB power cable into the provided power supply and not your computer. Finally, the little rubber feet on the tripod are soft and cover the whole foot regardless of tripod adjustment and will not scratch your desk. Great product, would recommend for anyone doing video conferencing.

I’m not on a lot of video calls, so I didn’t want something super expensive. For the price this thing is magic. I love the cool and warm light. I love the brightness settings, and I love the tripod it comes with. I wouldn’t clip it to a laptop, so we exclusively use the tripod. Totally meets our needs. Makes us look so much better on camera.

the ring light is brightand big enough. i like how sturdy the tripod is it does not shake even if i put it on the ground and it is not thin. great product for vlogging or when recording a cooking vlog because it holds my phone downwards.

This is great! Love the size of the light, the height of the tripod and the fact it has a plug for the wall! (The other one I had used a USB but my Apply MacBook doesn't have the standard USB anymore!)This has nice lighting options, the remote, everything!

I had been looking for a light for job interviews and this makes my space look much better and just add a little pop. I opted to buy a small tripod with it because I didn't love the suction cup.
