MOST OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVERY EXPERIENCED
I received this monocular and adapter as a Father's Day gift, but ran into a problem. I contacted their Customer Service and Alan responded. I want to say that I have never in my 84 years had such an outstanding experience with a Customer Service Representative. Alan is superb and Gosky could never do better in finding someone to represent their company.
