I have been very satisfied with myBaofeng BF-F8HP I replaced the original antenna with the Nagoya Na-771 antenna. I have it set up as a scanner and 1 personal channel. I receive police and fire responses from the neighboring counties. Approximately 35 miles from my place. I also noticed it talks about 3x as far with the larger antenna. Once my brother seen how good it is he has since ordered himself one with larger antenna. I would definitely recommend to anyone. It can talk further than any of the others I have been around and doubles as a police scanner. Great service and prompt delivery.
