It's a good product. The Wifi function is very helpful, but other than that it seems to be like your average trail cam.

App is frustrating and outright broken at times.
I like the plug-and-play aspect of this USB, backing up is easy and the app is okay, but selecting specific images/files and sorting folders is a nightmare that takes hours to accomplish the most simplest of tasks. Also comes with bloatware like sample videos/music/images for no reason whatsoever which just takes up space. Doesn’t help most of SanDisk’s Manuals explaining how to use the App have a lot of outdated information in which you figure out most of the app by yourself.SanDisk please fix these issues and optimise your app for the current year please.

Nice to have but might frustrate you.
Installation was really simple and the app made calibrating the lock easy. The app is a little quirky though. I have renamed that entrance and the app keeps defaulting the name. Not a big deal just a little annoying and I haven't had any other problems with the app itself.I like that I can give digital keys to friends and family and track who unlocked the door down to the minute.What is annoying is that if go out and stay within bluetooth range; ~33 ft, the lock will not register that you left and still lock you door depending on your timer setting and will not unlock the door without doing it manually in the app. This is especially annoying if you are doing something like bringing in groceries. Would like to see if you stay in range of the lock that it not auto lock the door in a future firmware update.

Camera works great, really like the app that can be downloaded on the phone and used for free. Would highly recommend

Very cool!
I like that these were so easy to install and set up. Works great with Alexa & Google or the app on my phone!

I like this product easy to install and easy to set up.Only concern is hope in the future to be able to use different apps not limited to one, or just set up directly to Alexa app with no need of third party app.

Very easy to install!
These are great switches. They aren't too big like other brands. Easy to push wires back in. They were easy to set up in the app. Alexa connection was a little confusing on its app. Will definitely buy more of these for my house.

Good results. Sync is a little challenging
I like the accuracy and wearablity (very comfortable on thumb and pointer finger). Syncing results with the app is a little challenging though.
