Tightness of filters.
Filters are difficult to slid in or out, had to use pliers to remove one, otherwise happy with selection.

I had to get a wireless adapter from another pc to get it recognize, even though the router is literally right next to my pc.

Difficult to position, but firm
The clamp is a pain to screw on if the neck is not straight, but the neck is extremely stiff and holds position very well though this means it must be manhandled into position in the first place. The head has a good pivot but the jaws are not the strongest.Overall a good gooseneck for filming from a stable platform or for holding your phone up off the desk.

Not difficult to set up.
Installation was easy enough, but fitting the Bose speakers onto them took a little juggling.

Difficult to change code
Easy to install look. Difficult to add new code. Process could be a little simpler

Can be difficult to bend
It holds my iPhone 12 in its case. Once you get it bent into shape, it’s sturdy. I find it somewhat difficult to bend, but I suppose if it were easier to bend it wouldn’t hold the position as well or be sturdy. So, maybe that’s the trade off. But it still can be hard to bend so the phone angle is where you want it. Overall, I’m happy with it and will keep it.

Difficult Installation Process
Installation was a pain. It takes quite some time because you're having to find the instructions online. However, once installed, it works great!

Too difficult to bend
The clamp that holds my phone will press down on the volume buttons so you have to set it off center. That’s not a big deal to me. But the arm is a bit too short to reach over my bed even with the table next to it. I think I would be able to get a better positioning if the arm was not so difficult to bend. It’s basically impossible for me and I chipped a little off my nightstand while I was trying to maneuver it. It’s definitely sturdy! But sort of proves too sturdy. I’m going to try to contact them to see if there’s an alternate product I could switch out for, or maybe I’m doing something wrong? It makes sense that their video does not actually contain any repositioning. Just the clamp and putting the phone in. It would be awkward if they recorded someone trying to position this. Struggling.

Good but Difficult to Adjust
This gooseneck holder is longer than most and really easy to attach to the table ledge - spin to tighten (that's it!). It is very sturdy but somewhat difficult to adjust the gooseneck to the correct position. Other than that, I really like the phone attachment - easy to clip the phone into position.
