Packaging makes you believe the seller cares about their customers from the dust free cotton swab, screw driver, dustless cloth, 3 year warranty, encouragement to fix any issues you have with the product and the 100in screen included was not expected but happy to find! The manual was easy to understand and read, the product is good quality and easy to use! Would definitely recommend buying!
