Finally, I purchase Arnica. I am kind of clutzy and always managing to bruise myself. My girlfriend has told me for years to try Arnica to speed healing. Neutral smell, nice texture. I used it and it worked.

Nice creamy texture, very pleasant lite smell, and it works like a miracle. Usually my bruises last weeks- got rid of a brand new bruise in 3 to 4 days! Couldn't believe it!

Works well to relieve muscle soreness. This speeds my recovery after runs when I rub it on my legs. No odor. Not sticky. Rubs in & disappears!

It works! But of course, you have to apply it continuously and not just one application. Definitely will speed up bruise healing/disappearance. I bruise very easily and as soon as I apply this on affected area, sometimes bruising purple discoloration does not even come or if it does, after 2-3 uses, it will be gone.
