Great customer service
Very nice monitor. Did have an issue with the charger staying plugged in to the parent unit. Talked with customer service and they sent me a new parent unit. Excellent customer service!

Exceptional Customer Service
Excellent monitor and customer service. Used it for a year and then the hand held monitor stopped working. Customer Service was really exceptional and immediately sent me a replacement monitor (they mailed it to me overnight) despite the fact that I was 2 months over the 1 yr warranty. Highly recommend this monitor and Kristine from infant optics customer service.

Great customer service - great product
Initially, the monitor was not working. I called customer service and no one answered. Then miraculously, 5 minutes later someone called back and asked if I just called customer service. They sent a replacement monitor right away- which works great. Literally, some of the best customer service you can expect and a great product.

I purchased in November 2020. Easy to install. Product broke 1 year later however thr customer service 3 yr warranty and their customer service is fantastic and easy to work with. They are sending me a replacement

Great Customer Service
I purchased this monitor a few years ago. It recently stopped working and I had reached out to customer service. Even though it was it of warranty they replaced it! Great customer service!

Works great! Originally it seemed to be off on the distance, but after emailing customer service, they helped me realize I had it on meter, and not yards :) Anyway, fantastic customer service and product!

Great Product - great customer service
Great camera, easy installation, battery life very good so far. I had to deal with customer service and that was very smooth - great customer service. Will buy again.

Great Customer Service
Got a defective product. Customer service sent me a new one within a couple of days. The "new" product fits / works as it should. A++ Customer Service. Product as described and works.
