Practical, well-made, quickly adjustable
The workmanship is good, the threads run cleanly and the clamps grip reliably. The rotary knobs/wing screws are a bit small but still easy to use. The materials used are a mix of aluminum and plastic.
I find the interchangeable holder heads a big plus, as I also have various devices (action cam, mobile phone, DSLR), which I can use all with the same “Magic Arm”. To position the devices, all you have to do is loosen a wing screw, which at the same time loosely releases and fixes 2 ball joints again, which is cleverly solved.
The clamp itself comes with a small rubber part to be able to grip thinner diameters, but that fell out the first time I used it, so be careful.
So far nothing to seriously complain about.
