I’ve been extremely impressed with the 63" aluminum tripod from K&F Concept. It’s well built, packed with useful features, and very lightweight at just 2.6 lb. I’ve been using it regularly for a couple of months now, and it has adapted easily to every type of photography setup I’ve needed.

My primary use has been overnight astrophotography with my Insta360 X5, especially when capturing auroras using the time lapse mode and star trails using the Starlapse mode. One feature that turned out to be incredibly helpful is the center column hook underneath the mount. I use it to hang a small bag that holds a charging brick, which keeps the camera powered all night and also adds extra stability in windy conditions. Simple idea, but it works perfectly.

The legs extend and adjust smoothly, the locking mechanisms feel secure, and once everything is set, the tripod stays locked in place without any slipping. I also tested the included phone holder even though I haven’t used it regularly yet, and it worked exactly as expected with a snug, stable fit.

Overall, this tripod works great and provides adaptability, portability, strength, and excellent design. For the price, the build quality and versatility are impressive. I’m very happy with it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable lightweight travel tripod. Highly recommended!
