It looks like plastic, but it is highly accurate and safe to use
Both the clip part and the mounting part of the filter seem to be made of plastic, but the accuracy and rigidity are high, and the impression is that it can be used safely both when attached to a smartphone and when adjusting the filter. I think it's a high quality and good product.
