Very stable, tightens securely, well engineered.
I just always seem to have good luck with K&F products, and this was no exception. I had a similar clamp purchased a few years earlier and the differences are significant. K&F adds a rubber at the tip of the clamps so when tightened down they also do not scratch. The 2nd significant difference is the mini-ballhead which is very stable. I attached a heavy camera and the ballhead stayed firm. I wouldn't use these for my heavier cameras, but certainly action cameras, phones, and maybe even lighter mirrorless APS-C camera.

This is well manufactured and simply does not feel cheap. For the price it is an excellent bargain.
