Used once and broken (update below)
The stand itself makes a very good impression. Unfortunately, it was only used once. The ball head was defective after 2 readjustments. The cell phone was immediately tilted away in some direction. There was no way to reattach the head with the appropriate screw. It was therefore unfortunately returned as a defect. Very unfortunate... Update: The customer service (retailer) got in touch with us and I received a new stand. I'm absolutely thrilled! It works and is stable, the customer service was great. Thank you so much!
