This Bi-Color LED Video Light is a compact / on the go tool that is perfect for a beginner videographer or photographer. I ordered this light not quite knowing what all the modes could do for me. When I opened the package I was first excited by the look of this. Seeing that it had multiple mount capabilities I realized I could use this anywhere I need it.
I charged it up with ease with the included cord. Since I wasn't quite sure how to use this I put it to its test with some trial and error. I easily mounted this to a small tripod I have for my cellphone. I started twisting dials and knobs to see what would happen. It wasn't until I got a black & white picture to experiment with that I could truly appreciate what this light's capabilities are.
The light on this little box can be very bright. If you put this to use for an extended period of time on a high setting it will start to feel warm. On my tripod I can set the light exactly where I need it to take clearer still life photos.. So far I've only used it to take pictures of products I'm reviewing. I was really able to show the spectrum of light on this black and white print in my attached photos.
I"m not a professional by any means, but I can already see the usefulness of this light. It seams to work pretty well. I can't easily see the difference in brightness except for the case of the two extremes. A more professional eye may be able to tell a more discernible difference.
