Customer Service Helped Me More Than They Had To
Just a few years ago, I bought the KF BA225, a carbon fiber travel tripod. I didn't use it immediately. When I tried to the first time, the ball head detached from the carbon fiber top pole. I set the tripod aside and didn't use it. Years later, I've come to really need it, so I wrote the company. The warranty had expired, but they listened to me and immediately sent a replacement part. I was surprised at how helpful the customer service was. Again, the tripod was past warranty. KentFaith customer service didn't ask any questions or fight me on it. It was such a pleasant experience that I really wish I had contacted them sooner. As for the tripod, it is all set to go. I'll use it and get back to you.
