So everything you needed to install this lock is included in the box except for the 4 AA batteries and at least a Phillips screwdriver. For me, all I had to do was to take out the old rusted lock and replace it with this new shiny battery operated lock. No drilling was needed so it only took me about 20-30 minutes top to install and programmed in the codes as well as the way I wanted it to work. They have also included some extra parts for the deadbolt in case you needed depending on the type of door locks you currently have or if you are starting from scratch or a brand new door, but it should still be straightforward for the majority household doorlocks. Not too complicated and I only had to glance through the well illustrated installation steps included in the User Guide. Once everything was hooked up and tight, programming instructions are also very easy to follow, from changing the Master code to setting up a one-time code or activating the Auto-locking feature. Make sure to change the Master code and write it down somewhere because you will need that code to program other settings. Overall, this is a well-made lock, good deabolt, easy to use and program with lighted keypads as well. By the way, you can also disable key-clicking sound as well if you wish.
