Perfect lens!
I'm really excited and at first I thought that I would rarely have the lens on my camera and now I "catch" myself using it more and more often. For the 50mm focal length on my Sony A6000, I actually have a manual Zeiss Planar 1.4 50 (with Contax bayonet), which also performs fantastically and is actually my favorite lens in terms of characteristics. But it happens to me again and again that when I focus with the aperture fully open, I don't get 100% sharpness. And with that, the idea of a narrow depth of field with nice bokeh is lost. So I bought this AF lens. Even if it doesn't come close to the old Zeiss Planar in terms of its image characteristics - this Sony is a perfect AF alternative for people shots for a fairly reasonable price.
