better to unscrew the pin
it is better to unscrew the pin so as not to have difficulty undoing it. Once unscrewed the adapter works like any K mount

Seems to be as good as gopro...
I bought the gopro 7 black. That thing was a piece of crap! I don't get what the hype is about. This akaso seems to be just as good for a lot less. And I wont have a meltdown if I happen to lose it. Going to get an external mic for it, I will be using it for YouTube vids. Also love that i got accessories that came with it and a cool remote wrist watch. No complaints!!!
