Product works great! Strong magnet, even when placing the ring inside of my phone case. Secures snugly to my vent. There was a 1 day delay in receiving the product, but Melissa reached out promptly to make sure I received the device and that it was in good working order. When I replied that I received it and it worked great she replied again and added my product to their lifetime guarantee list because of the slight delay in shipping. Melissa was extremely kind and pleasant to work with and I will certainly be doing business with this company again. Would 100% recommend!

Perfect binoculours for young children 2-6 years I would say...these are really fuss free and do the job...they are LARGE and bulky but my 3 and 5 year old boys felt important with them...I bought a daintier pair for my litte daughter, the melissa and dough sunny patch bixie butterfly ones. Both types had about the same magnification...enough for starter binocs. Very satisfied...they seem pretty unbreakable.

I received the phone holder on time as promised, and in good condition. I tested it out, and it works well on my car's vent, and holds the phone securely. I was appreciative that Melissa, in customer care, contacted me to make sure that I received the holder on time and with no problems.

This Anwas magnetic phone holder grips the vent slat of my ‘09 Mazda 3 very securely. I like that it is fairly small, unobtrusive, and doesn’t overly restrict vent airflow. I was hoping to insert the rectangular steel plate inside the thin phone case of my smallish iPhone SE2020, and have enough holding power. Unfortunately, there’s just not enough magnetic force to hold the phone securely. Reluctantly, I installed the clear plastic sheet to the outside of my case before installing the rectangular plate to that. It’s only been a week, but has been fine thus far. Time will tell how long the adhesive of the clear plastic to phone case, and steel plate to clear plastic adhesive bonds hold. The magnetic hold with this arrangement is excellent. My phone does shake somewhat while driving, but that is likely more a “feature” of vent holders in general, combined with the stiffer ride of my car, as opposed to any defect or design flaw of the holder itself. Melissa in customer service reached out to check on my delivery and level of satisfaction shortly after the purchase. She was very responsive to emails and pleasant to deal with. This is my first magnetic vent phone holder, and I’ve only had it in use for a short time, but so far I’m happy with the purchase.
