Good at times
This is a frustrating earbud. Sound is decent, but many flaws. I get a maximum volume in ear too often and they do not stay in ear consistently. All prompts are in a pretend English accent.

This is great for budget Zoom meetings!
This little camera does everything it said it would. It's compact, easy to use and puts out good quality visual for zoom meetings. I find that the picture comes through yellowish and the built in light doesn't get bright enough to add much illumination. These are not that important to me so I still really like the little thing!

Amazing Customer Service!
I bought the monitor/camera last November and it worked great until a few days ago. The charger randomly stopped working and I tried to reset and troubleshoot it with no luck. It just kept dying. I contacted customer support and received an immediate response from Nick. He was amazing and sent me a replacement asap. I would definitely recommend!

Assure you that they have GREAT 24 Hour Support!
Ariel at Prisual AV was great! the communication was prompt and they replaced my broken Camera, No questions ask in 3 days! with plenty of time left to get back on filming our podcast. I highly recommend dealing with Prisual AV, they really care about there reputation and there customers. I will be buying from them again!!! Thank You Again "The Porter Way Podcast"

Make sure you havce the most up to date app
Product won't give you the operating arrows up, down, left, rt if your app is out of date.It is possible to call support and grant them access to your camera system and mount. Overall, the product is working as advertised....now allows the mini to turn every which way you desire to view it's field. 5 stars!

Quality product at an affordable price point.
This is my first foray into the security camera arena so I was a little nervous. However, the directions included were easy to follow and the install was quick and easy. Setup and pairing went smoothly. Several options were offered for pairing and I selected the QR code method and it paired very quickly. The video quality and motion detection features are excellent.

Why Not Logitech?
Why not just include this privacy guard with that gorgeous camera? i really don't get it.Going to echo a lot of other reviews and say that it fits great. Don't be afraid to apply a small amount of force to get it set firmly in place.Only real complaint is that you have to kind of push it up in place for it to stay.Great product.

Almost Perfect
Great product at its price point. I like that it is completely wireless and is very easy to set up. The only thing I have not been able to figure out is how to get the camera to show up on Alexa. When I add the skill, it will not accept it. It goes through the linking process, but in the end, I always get an error message.

Almost perfect
It really does make my phone feel almost like an actual camera, but my thumb touches the phone's touchscreen when using this control, making my phone do random things. I have to slide my phone away from edge of this control where my thumb only rests on the control and then it works great.
