Great watch, battery is amazing.
What a fantastic watch! I was looking at the Samsung and my wife got me this, thank god she did. The operation of this watch is smooth and easy. Battery life is amazing. I use mine constantly, work out, checking email, tons of notifications, and I get at least 2 days of wear. This is my 3rd smartwatch and I could not reccomend this watch more.

Awesome Smart Lock!
Here is my overview of the August 3rd Gen Smart Lock:1) Installation:- One word - Simple! Let me first state that my home DIY skills would not be considered "professional." More likely just above amateur. I watch a lot of youtube videos before attempting any project around the house. The install was amazingly easy. The August app walks you through about 13 steps to take off the original bolt and attaching the smart lock. All in all this took me less than 15 minutes. There is also an option to install a sensor which will alert you when the door is ajar. Following the instructions in the app, this took another 5 minutes.Along with the install of the lock was the WiFi Bridge. As instructed, I plugged it in to a wall outlet within ten feet of the door. Now for the set-up...2) Set up - Again- easy. As you will now have the app downloaded on your phone, you work your way through the instructions to set up the lock, the wifi bridge, and for me, I also purchased the keypad and set that up at the same time. Once everything is connected, which took about 10 minutes, now you can start customizing the smart lock.I only purchased the keypad as my wife does not use her phone ever, so now when she leaves the house she can just press the auto-lock button on the keypad and use her specific pin number to get it.For me, it is way better - I've set up my August Smart Lock with the Auto-Unlock feature. The smart lock is connected through wifi, bluetooth, and GPS. The auto-unlock feature uses GPS to sense when you (or should I say your phone) is getting close to home and then unlocks your front door, so there is no fiddling with keys or a phone. Especially great when your hands are full.It is super simple to set up other devices on the smart lock or send a text to allow someone to have a temporary access code. The app also provides a complete history of door usage - who locked or unlocked the door, what time that happened and it also tracks every time the door is opened or closed. I have an alert set up to let me know if the door stays ajar for more than 1 minute.I can unlock my door from anywhere as long as I have wifi connected to my phone. This occurs most often once I've gone to bed and I don't want to get up to lock the door. It's also great for my OCD as I can check to make sure the door is locked anytime, anywhere.Since it's been set up I have had no connectivity issues whatsoever.I had been considering putting in a smart lock for quite a while and I think, after reading reviews and investigating all types of smart locks, this is the absolute best option out there. I am super thrilled with my August Smart Lock and I would fully recommend it to anyone looking at upgrading their smart home.

Great Smart Swtich, but...
BLUF: Two of the Smart Light Switch Treatlife lasted 15 months before crumbling to pieces through normal usage one in my bathroom and one in my office. Would I purchase them again? Yes, they are good switches for the most part. Are there better options? I don't know as these are the ones I went with. Your experiences my very but this is mine.Back Story: I original purchased these smart switches from Amazon on May 26, 2020 to replace all the light switches in my home. For lamps, and everything that plugs in I got a bunch of the Smart Plug AmysenI then lastly a bunch of the Echo Dot (3rd Gen) for ever room in the house. It took a hot minute to figure out I had to change the settings in my Verizon Router to 2.4GH and turn off the 5GH setting. ??WHY?? this is 2021 and 5GH has a greater range when connecting via WiFi. The set up process was tricky, for me at least, as I had to watch a bunch of YouTube videos to figure out I had to use the app "Smart Life" to sync all the new devices to first. Then after it sets for a hot minute it automatically connects to the "Amazon Alexa" app (iPhone). I then figured out how to set up rooms, which makes life much easier, and name each of the devices as to what they actually controlled. IE: "Alexa Turn On the Hallway Light" etc. Ok, that was kind of fun figuring out... Since then for some reason, about 8 months in all of my devices disconnected and were lost in the Smart Life app. I figure there was some kind of update that wiped them. Equipped with the knowledge of how I set them up originally I was able to get them all reconnected in a much shorter time than it took me to set them all up at first. Funny thing is all the names I used were still there?!? go figure right? So now moving on to my last update for this since May 2020. Through regular use, manually, two of them have shattered into little pieces. The switch was still intact but the surrounding material that connected the switch with the base crumbled. So two of them lasted 15 months. Luckely they come in boxes of 4 so now I have two spares. I very seldom ever touch the switches any longer and just tell Alexa to turn them on and off. I guess I should do that with the Bathroom and my Office and they would last longer. If you do like I did and automate your entire home I would get a couple extras just to be safe. As long as they are still available on Amazon you don't really have to I guess. haha

Good watch for the price
I have had the watch for a couple of weeks now and this is what I have found:STEPS: It seems to measure the movement of your arm and not actual steps. I wake up in the mornings having walked about 50 steps in my sleep. I don’t rely on it for accurate reporting.SLEEP: You can’t set your sleeping time; it is preset but somehow knows when you wake up. Could be all the arm movements. It doesn’t allow you to check your sleep by the hour, you only see the full night with indications of your sleeping pattern. I would like to see down to the hour how I slept. Plus, there are nights where it didn’t record so I am just going to assume I died and came back to life during those times.HEART RATE: It seems to be good. I check it while resting and while moving around and the BPM changes depending on the activity.BLOOD OXYGEN: This isn’t monitored continuously or intermittently as far as I can tell. I have not found a setting that will do that. You have to manually access that part of the APP or watch APP and tell it to check the oxygen level. If you have the phone enabled on the watch, then anything you play on your phone will automatically start playing on the watch instead. It has to be manually turned off and on via the watch. It’s a nuisance so I just keep the phone disabled on the watch. If it happens to disconnect from Bluetooth, the only way I have found to get it to reconnect is to disconnect all other devices such as earbuds, etc. and remove the watch as well then turn off Bluetooth. Then you can turn it back on and scan for devices and reconnect everything. It’s a pain and has only done this to me twice in the past 2 weeks.Another super annoying issue is when I get in my car my phone suddenly starts pinging me every 15 seconds to see if I want to pair the watch to my vehicle. That happened twice and was SUPER annoying. Now when I get in my vehicle, I know to disconnect the watch or just turn Bluetooth off on my phone altogether.Bottom line, it’s my first smart watch and I like having this information available to me. But when I decide to upgrade, I will definitely look for one that uses GPS for steps, has more detailed information along with more continuous monitoring options.

Way better than the smaller one
The premium sound echo is just that it sounds way better than the regular echoes I actually have three of them to replace older ones. The built in hub is a nice feature which allows me to control smart LED bulbs as I slowly integrate smart devices into my home. Highly recommend

Works great for controlling lamps and fans
Worked well with my home automation system I have going. These smart wifi plug connected to my "smartlife" app with zero issues. After syncing them to the smart life app I can added the devices to my Alexa devices and can control them via an echo dot. The plugs work really well for lamps, fans, Christmas tree lights, and other similar devices.
