Works great for security
The videos are excellent and the stills very good. The shutter speed for the still shots is a bit slow so I do get some blurring if it catches a squirrel jumping or a hummingbird in a still shot. The date on the camera keeps changing to a random date when I change the battery but oddly enough the time stays current. Perhaps a firmware upgrade could fix this.A lens hood to shield the lens from the sunlight would be a nice feature. All in all this camera is very good and I have recommended it to several of my friends and family.

Updating from hero7
Not keen on the fixed lens, unlike the gopro 7,which could be replaced easily.Apart from that,it hasn't crashed yet, unlike the 7,which was great, but crashed a lot (it never lost a file though). The 8 software seems a little more precise and quick. The bitrate can be adjusted to a higher level without using protune.Never update the firmware via the app/wifi, it will look successful, but the horizon levelling won't work properly.Put the memory card into a pc,and load it.The horizon level is great, makes it virtually like a gimbal. So far so good.Update-strange pulsing in and out on some shots, sometimes the app horizon levelling doesn't work,or makes it worse

Works great for the price
Good value. If you want a fancier camera get something else, but this is very easy to use and works on all my computers. I wouldn't get anything else.

Compact, Cheap & Precise Detailed Imaging w/ 37.5X
Outstandingly compact format that's highly portable, fit into the bottom of my normal backpack easily for a pickup & go hiking daytime photo hunt adventure & worked perfectly with my iPhone SE2 as the camera.Crips clear optics that are sharp & precise with very low aberration or other optical imperfection //The lens cap for the front a rubbery dust magnet (only downside so far)Super cleaver door opening to look at the light path & internal optics super cool for students of all ages!Tiny tripod great for tabletop or ground use. I was able to set it up on boulders & other ledges for photographyThe upright image makes daytime terrestrial use as a spotting scope also super cool vs other upside down images telescopes of similar power. For a 60mm unit with 750mm of focal length in a 200mm package, unit works great & focus knob very smooth too! Highly recommends this as a grab & go alternative to your bigger telescope or a perfect first telescope for young inquisitive minds. I am a 37 year old battery tech & phone repair technician with an interest in optics & found this to be one of the coolest bits of optical tech I have ever purchased & at a very fair reasonable price!Thank you so much Sarblue!

Great value in a rangefinder
Great rangefinder. Locates as fast as my older bushnell, good qualit, nice small package. Love the slope and ability to turn it on and off without replacing the front or a side panel, just hit the mode button!Couple of cons, but not dealbreakers.. not sure it needs to provide yardage with a decimal point. Do we really need to know the pin is 105.8 yards vs 105.2? Its distracting, I would rather it just rounded to the nearest whole number. Also given the small size, part of my hand can get close to the edges of the lens and give a 6yd reading, so need to be careful to not get my hand too close to the front when using it... but otherwise awesome.

Great starter scope
This is a well made, fairly compact starter. Forget the 5mm lens - this small telescope simply doesn't gather enough light for you to see anything other than a blurry circle even of a bright planet such as Mars (at present). Stick with the larger (lower magnification) lenses and this makes for a decent introductory telescope for observing the moon, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and, if you're lucky, Saturn. It's also fine for the brighter galaxies, nebulae and clusters. You'll need a separate book to help get properly set up and I found the picture-only assembly guide a bit difficult to follow. The tripod is well made but bear in mind it's pretty heavy with the weight in place.

bought to take to long trip to Europe, worked ...
I bought this product for a trip to Europe, to attach to my Samsung S-6. It worked wonderfully and many many people asked what it was and how did it work, I showed them all how it worked and what you could do with it. From having someone take a picture of 4 of us from the row behind in a theater (try it with a phone without a lens) to getting an extremely up close picture of a Bee pollinating a flower. The pictures are clear and sharp and it is easy to carry with you.The customer service I received by the Company was excellent, with fast shipping and great packaging. I think if you take pictures with your phone your nuts not to have this available.Thank you Xenvo, Jim

Customer Service Matches Product
I take pictures and videos for 3 Dealerships. These lenses are fantastic. I have only had them for 2 days, however, i can already see the wide list of uses these will be able to capture my events. They have thought of everything, the case, the covers, the threads are well made. The clip will fit most phone covers. The small black corner I see on the screen, was eliminating with a bit of zooming ! Customer Service reigns supreme!!, received an e mail thanking me,a grateful follow up e mail after i registered my lens and a gregarious thank you form the co-founder. WOW, others take note. I strongly recommend this product. Bruce Almighty June 2020
