It was my own fault of not pairing it correctly
It made no difference with this mic or not, sound quality is exactly the same. Why there are even positive reviews? I don't understand.

Comfortable for the gym
These are soft and fit well. Good noise quality. The on /off switch is in a weird spot but otherwise these are great
