Nice product, but...
Not easy to set up. Tried doing wireless setup for about an hour before finally resorting to wired setup. Did not go to wireless when ethernet cable was removed. Finally went to Amcrest website, upgraded firmware, and downloaded some apps and programs that finally allowed wireless capability. End time spent...about 6 hours. However I've now got access on my computer and phone.

Selena George from Amcrest was a great support person, knowledgeable, helpful, and we fixed the small issue having a bad chip I installed, it was not recording....works great. thank-you
