this baby cam was referred to us by our friends, they have had their device for over two years and never had any issues.we had our camera for about a year and started having an issue. contacted customer service and they were excellent. replaced our device immediately and was very prompt at responding. I am very satisfied and I have no complaints. I would recommend this device to any new parents or someone in need of a monitor device. easy to use. good quality, great price, and one of the best customer services I have ever dealt with.

I cant seem to understand when i record my white guinea pigs the entire color changes of everything is now tinted yellow? when ever i shoot something with a strong color it seems to take over everything and changes the color of everything? switches back and forth between colors quickly while filming?? confusing not sure if there is a fix?

The camera arrived and was easy to set-up and install. It works exactly like it should. What really makes this product a wonderful investment is the customer service and technical support team. I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Ethan S. provided in helping get the camera online, setup in the cloud app so I can view the stream online and through the app on my phone. He even went through the trouble setting up a public IP address to help me get the camera situated to stream over the internet. I have total confidence that any technical snafu's I may encounter in the future will be resolved because of the level of service Ethan provided. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again I as look to additional cameras.

My 7 year old son is fascinated with photography and this has been perfect for him as he is a little rough. He has already dropped the camera a few times pretty hard. No malfunctioning, it's important because kids just break things left and right. Picture quality for the price is great and when you take into account you get a 32GB card too, it's a good deal. I can use it for myself on trips or vacations as a backup device. I would also recommend it as a gift.

I really am happy for the most part for this setup. I will say the wireless did not work well for me anyways there were a lot or drop outs and lag. It may have nothing to do with the system it self cause I have lots of wireless devices so what I ended up doing is running network wire to every camera, now they work perfect. I know most you going to say why buy it if the wireless isnt the best, who wants to run all that wire, your right and if I had known that I might had saved a few dollars and bought all direct wire cameras.There are features though on these you do not find on other cameras, the PIR I think is what they call it for motion detect, it saves alot of false triggers cause it senses body heat not just objects of things. Rain, winds, leaves blowing around, it doesnt go off everytime that happens, and I love that part of it. One thing I do not like, if anything is moving to fast its a blur.If someone is just walking and stop and turn around it will do fine, but like I had people run up to my frontdoor and drop off a package, its just a blur, hate that part. Customer support is lousy, I actually know more then I think they do. I had a problem, its took several emails, and still they havent gave me a right answer to fix the problem. There fix was to download the latestet firmware, actually it was already updated and worked fine until the firmware update. SO after telling them that, all went quiet havent heard a thing back since. So I am guessing one day this will just be a throw away if I have things go bad, cause clearly they wont be any help. It is a nice setup though so its not all bad.

Don't nothing move outside the house without us knowing it. I bought five and put all five around the perimeter of the house and one watching my camper shed.

Super easy set up and quality video for a great price

I bought this camera for online classes. My original came defective, but I emailed the manufacturer about it. They quickly resolved the problem, acknowledged the default, and sent me a new one at no charge. Overall it was one of the better customer service experiences that I have had. The replacement they sent worked perfectly with no setup. The picture is super clear. It's nice to have something that just works.
