Really solid budget headphones that punch above their weight
It might sound ridiculous, but I actually "downgraded" from a nice pair of Kingston HyperX Cloud 2 (base/older version) to these. Now, the EKSA is a bit worse in some regards. The cups don't seem to be quite as large as the Kingston's and I've got some big ears, so it takes a bit less time for my ears to start hurting during long sessions. My favorite thing about it though, is for music. I listen to a lot of hip hop and rap, and I love me some bass. This thing blows the HyperX outta the water. There is a bit of tradeoff as the highs can distort more easily at high volumes or when things are super cacophonous but for me that's not too big of an issue. If you're on a budget, I would definitely recommend these as the best, or nearly the best option out there for the price range.
